Yoga is an ancient Indian practice. It is an Art, a Science, a Philosophy and Therapy, which intergrates both physical and spiritual practices.

Practiced on a regular basis, Yoga helps to create Harmony, Balance, Strenght, Flexibility and Suppleness. It also releases chronic tension, stress and anxiety. Yoga encourages one to live life more concious, more joyful and centered.

What styles of yoga we teach?

The teaching style is eclectic and non-dogmatic. We intergrate Kripalu, Iyengar, Sivananda, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Ashtanga and others.
