Winter / Spring Schedule 2020


Vinyasa is a style of yoga that coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next one. It helps build and maintain strong bones, muscles and connective tissue to gain a healthy metabolism , posture and active and alive body.


Ashtanga yoga comprises a set sequence of yoga poses that range from forwarding fold to backbends, twists and inversions. It focuses on muscle training and develop physical strength .


Kundalini is an uplifting blend of physical and spiritual practices which incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and chanting of mantras . The goal is to build physical  vitality and increase consciousness.


Yoga inspired practice of Yin/Restorative  techniques that elevates the  body-mind through the five senses with the use of aroma therapy, music  and  art for deep relaxation.
