Monica grew up in Miami, where in 2007 she began discovering her love for yoga by practicing vinyasa on paddle boards, enjoying the natural elements of the ocean and the sun.
Blessed by a great teacher and fellow students, she decided to embark on a journey which would ultimately lead her to spread love and light in other parts of the world. She started leading many guided meditations across different communities and age groups, all while strengthening her own yoga practice. Monica then went off and became an approved yoga alliance teacher, training in Costa Rica and in Florence, Italy.
Monica’s yoga classes include Hatha, Vinyasa, Sandana Vinyasa and MPS Ashtanga Vinyasa. Her true passion is to guide others to be present through breath, and help them find a connection with their true self.
